July 15

Well this week seemed to be a long one with many experiences that an hour and a half of computer time didn't amount to so I decided to write a letter. I always begin writing the email with so many things to say and always leave with even more things I forgot to tell you!

This week we didn't get much sleep. we woke up at 5:00 AM for 3 days in a row! One of those days was my first multi-zone conference! President and Sister Smart talked to us, as well as the AP's. We got lunch served to us then after we sang Armies of Helaman to the ladies who served it, just like you mom! I couldn't stop thinking about you when we were doing that. On Saturday we had a breakfast with all the missionaries in the stake so we woke up early for that too! we had our scripture study class that day, and only Dakota and his dad (Sean) came. We had a really cool discussion about Joseph Smith's testimony and the witness testimonies. I have gained a very strong testimony of Joseph Smith. I'm trying to read the whole Doctrine and Covenants right now and I LOVE it. My favorite time of the day is by far personal study time. I love geting an hour to myself to just read. The scriptures are seriously so awesome. I don't know why people don't understand them or believe them. I'm so glad I have that knowledge that they are true :)

Oh! I broke down and bought a watch last week! It's actually really cute. I'll send a pic next week :) So I told you I got my first flat tire...well so did Sister Pack AND Sister Nelson! Convenient that it all happened at once :) However, my back tire went flat too! The ward members paid for my front one but I'll probs have to pay for the back one. I can't wait to hear all about trek. I wish I could have gone with you guys! I guess in a way I'm on trek too :) Oh, our ward mission leader wanted both your numbers. He said he was going to call you and let you know how I was doing I guess?

This week we hid Sister Pack's planner again because her reactions are hilarious! It's so funny. Oh yeah, transfers are on the 29th so by the 27th we'll know who is being transferred. Most likely I am staying but there's a chance I'm not! so just in case, if you happen to send anything close to those days just send it to the mission home. The music we have to listen to is ridiculous but I love it. There's a song all about peanut and jelly sandwiches haha. We're convinced they're all returned missionaries with no lives. Look them up! They're called "Inside Out."

I love being a missionary. I say that a lot but I do love it. I love the feeling of always having the spirit with me and sharing that with people. I know this is the true gospel on earth and that doing what the Book of Mormon says is how we will get back to our Heavenly Father. I know He us watching over us and loves us so much. I get a spiritual confirmation every day that this is where I'm supposed to be and what I'm supposed to be doing. I'm so grateful for the opportunity I have to be serving and preaching the gospel.

Thank you for all your love, support, and prayers. I can honestly feel your love and I am so blessed to have such a great family! I LOVE YOU GUYS! Always remember that :) Have a good week!

Love - the golden child
Sister Anderson
